I like to write about the experiences I’ve had in the outdoors. My first book relates events that took place between 1986 and 1999. It follows my adventures with my two sons, Kris and Tim, starting with their first backpacking trips. Two of the stories tell about my experiences on my first climbs on Mt. Rainier. Stories follow about the kids’ early attempts at climbing. And finally, we follow the successful summit of the three of us.

Future blog posts will include tastes of other adventures and explorations.
